The City of West Palm Beach will begin its annual budget planning in June which includes funding capital improvement projects. Which projects do YOU think are the most important for our Southend Neighborhood?

Following a SENA survey in which overwhelming support to limit the height of new high-rise construction was expressed by south end residents, the SENA Board adopted a Resolution at the SENA meeting on April 10th, 2025 requesting the Mayor and City Commission to limit any new construction to nothing taller than what currently exists on Flagler Drive between Southern Blvd. and Greenwood Ave.

More than 200 friends and neighbors attended this year’s SENA Holiday Party at the S. Olive Tennis Center. In addition to record-breaking attendance, more raffle prizes and food were donated from southend businesses than ever before.
