Sculpt Shop

A pilates method utilizing the whole body performed on our exclusive XFORMER machine (a hybrid pilates reformer). The method is high intensity, low impact, using slow controlled movement, resistance, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and a whole lot of core! Every exercise can be modified so this workout works for everyone. Some classes are infused with our class collection of toys (Xformer, Pilates chairs, gliders, weights, bands) you never know how you will be SCULPTED! It will leave you stronger, more energetic, healthier and excited for more!
